Shipping Policy (Lower 48 States Only):
We provide FREE SHIPPING on orders $50 and over. All orders under $50 are charged a flat $10 shipping fee.
Both the free shipping and flat $10 shipping options are only for items shipped to the lower contiguous 48 states in the USA via regular ground freight. However, customers selecting "expedited" shipping methods, such as overnight or 2nd day air, will instead be charged whatever the expedited fees are according to the carrier's rates listed at checkout.
NOTE: We currently do NOT ship outside of the USA. Nor do we ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
We will gladly accept most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 12.5% return/restocking fee, which covers the original shipping cost of the item plus miscellaneous expenses. Said return/restocking fee will merely be deducted from the refund balance and it will be credited back to whichever payment method was used during the initial order.
Likewise, ALL returns must be UNUSED and remain in their original NEW RETAIL CONDITION, with no labels or tags having been removed or altered and with no signs of damage or wear whatsoever.
All returns must be in their original and unopened packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs in the return of the items to the warehouse specified by our returns department. However, in the event the return is a result of our error wherein you were to receive an incorrect or defective item, then we will pay for the return shipping costs. Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full at no cost to the customer. In such cases, MotoDirect.com will merely supply you a return shipping label for sending the item or items back to the warehouse specified by our returns department.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your package being picked up by the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly than that. This time period includes allowance for: transit time for your return to reach us, time for the actual manufacturer representative's inspection of the item to confirm its unused condition, time to process the return in our system, and time for your banking institution to return the money to your card or account.
